MSI Now HAs a Registered IRB to Conduct Human Subjects Research

Most organizations studying human behavior move slowly—not because of the science, but because of compliance. They build insights, then face months of administrative friction when those insights touch human subjects. Metanoia has removed that friction.

We have registered an independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) through the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP).

This means Metanoia can now design, conduct, and iterate human subjects research without external coordination delays. Our behavioral science, cultural intelligence, and organizational modeling work can now be wholly compliant, and in-house, which means that our customers.

What This Enables Our [Research as a Service (RaaS)] now includes the ability to do sociological, behavioral, and social experiments with human subjects, completley in line with the 45 CRR 46. This will exapnd our ability to study human and AI interactions at a deeper level, while upholding the ethical standard for human research.

With our independent IRB, we can now:

• Integrate behavioral research into organizational transformation engagements without relying on external institutional review.
• Conduct proprietary studies on client problems under the protection of our IRB, keeping your data and findings confidential while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Deploy rapid-cycle human factors research in parallel with implementation work, reducing the typical study-to-insight timeline from 6–12 months to 6–12 weeks.
